Meeting Place : Take exit 34 off I-90 and head turn south. A short distance before you cross the river there is a sign for Twin Falls State park. Turn left here and follow the road until it ends at the State Park.

Maybe. I have a relative beginner with me today in an IK. He has done the main Sky from Cable drop down to Big Eddy (walking Boulder Drop) at about 3K. Think he could handle it?

I wouldn't do it today with a beginner (IK or not) just because the water is moving alot faster, and swims/rescues are tough.
