wondering what would be an elf run on the tilton? or if its even the type of run worth exploring when low. just looking to explore something new tomorrow at a mellow flow after yesterday.

I don't run the Tilton much below 800, but it has been run at 400 or lower. I don't recommend lower flows, the drops are steeper, more technical and shallow.   At 900 on Saturday our entire group flipped in leap of faith, it was harder than at higher flows. The Tilton at any flow is still in a deep canyon with few ways out and sheer walls right to the water.
I would go run the Humptulips narrows, it's fine at low flows and much easier and has a short bike shuttle.
What do you mean mellow flow after yesterday? What did you run?
