Apparently USGS maintains a staff gauge on Canyon Creek Lewis.  I had never heard about this before, maybe other people had.  The EF Lewis always provides a nice rough estimate but this might turn into something a little more useful.  I can't determine if it's below the Fly Creek confluence or not, but it's right there in the vicinity.
 
If any groups hit CC in the near future and didn't mind posting their level on the staff gauge and their impression of the run that would be great...
