Confirmed. Chili cookoff has officially started. I'm stewing my balls for the tomato right now!
I won't be bringing desert. Well, maybe some ice cream and cookies but nothing to compete with.

15 pounds of meat, 10 pounds of Portabello mushrooms, and 20 pounds of pablano and anaheim peppers later, I packaged 15 gallon zip lock bags tonight. Should be enough for all summer.
I'll be bringing 3 key lime pies. I didn't have time to do anything else...
