I can tell you a few things about these zippers. Unlike many types of sleeping bags that can be zipped together to form a giant bag, the pee zips on dry suits cannot be zipped together to somehow join the crotches in a quasi strange union. I have suggested this idea to Kokatat but I have yet to see a crotch joining system, or compliant zippers. Although awkward the joining pee zip could add some functionality for extreme weather copulation, or even the pursuit of underwater fetishes. Having a system to join together the chest zip on dry suits does not make any sense. Why would you want that?

So to answer your question, I have no experience in the area.

Try that link, having so many metal zippers fail in so many different ways, and never having a tizip fail is my only argument
