Just kidding. This is a RRC (River Rescue Certification).
Sierra Rescue says that the SRT is geared more towards firefighters, while this course, the RRC is geared towards those who play and work on the river, and is internationally recognized so students can use their certification anywhere in the world. Here's a link to the course description (will have a link to sign up shortly)
http://sierrarescue.com/schedule/categories/swiftwater-rescue-courses/swiftwater-courses-for-guides-fisheries-kayakers-and-private-boaters/river-rescue-certification-rq3aca-swiftwater-rescue/So my take on it is that this would be the course to take for raft guides, and those either playing or teaching/leading on the river, as apposed to the Swift water rescue technician course (which is about $100 more) which is is for the professional rescue team group of people.
