Looking to run the N Fork of the Nooksack Sunday.  If you haven’t run it before there is one great class III canyon and some great scenery.  The shuttle is easy so I’ll be running it twice if anyone is interested.  If you’re looking for something harder you can hike upstream from the put in to add an extra class III rapid (and a class IV+ if you go a bit farther).  Here is a link to AW’s description of the run.

Let me know if you’re interested.

Tom

Hey,

My girlfriend and I are running Horseshoe Bend laps all weekend, which you are more than welcome to join us on.  I live in Bellingham.  Horseshoe Bend is more of the class IV sort of thing, but is our favorite local run.

Thanks for the offer Mike but at least one member of my group would be a little overwhelmed by Horseshoe Bend.  Maybe next time.

How long would you guess from downtown Seattle (I am on Bainbridge) to the take out meeting place?

I think I am going to do the Sky on Saturday, so as long as I don't break anything, I'll come up.  My mobile is 206-618-6253.

Hey guys, I really want to go and thanks for the invitation, but if I don't spend some time with my girlfriend on sunday I won't have one anymore and unfortunately she doesn't kayak. It's difficult to find companions that do. But, I'll be hitting the powerhouse for a workout on Tuesday. I'll post, See ya and have a great time!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I was looking at ferry schedules, and needless to say, I need some sleep tomorrow.  I'd love to do this run next weekend, though, if anyone is interested.

Looks like we have three then.  Maybe Leif and Dave can make it next time.  I'll see everyone at 11:30.
