Run Description [Season: Fall, Winter, Spring]This river drains off Mount Rainier’s many different glaciers. Because of the source of water, you will quickly see that this river has an interesting color. With heavy amounts of silt, the puyallup river is not just white colored, it is also rather cold.
This run can best be summed up as a fun little beginner stretch with many channels which weave through sand banks and rocky islands.
There are not alot of waves or spots to play on this run, but if your looking for a casual float, look no further.
