A friend of mine found a helmet w/gopro attached floating down the wenatchee last weekend. It is definitely a creature crafter as I checked the footage. Looks like he went into the first hole in the wall and then the helmet fell off during the beating. Then, about an hour of footage of the helmet floating then stuck in a logjam. I hope this dude is alright, and if anyone knows who this group was let me know. Gopro and helmet seem to be just fine.

Haha- I know the chap in question.
He is experienced running the Creature Crutch down Tummy Tum at the big flows, for sure.

Sounds like a simple Helmet malfunction. As I recall hearing through the Grapevine, this incident caused him to take off below the wall, and he is fine.

Still wonder why more of these guys aren't ever seen out on the Good Old Sky Rafting Boulder Drop at standard flows in standard rafts...plenty exciting there, but...






Anyway, I know the guy and can totally get it back to him I'm sure he'd be stoked! I will ping ya this mornin, Jonathan. I am eastside.
