Not sure if I'm free or not yet on Friday, but I may be looking to get out on some of the Skykomish's fabulous tributaries. Maybe some Foss action or Rapid, even the Beckler (still never done it). Anyway, just throwing it out there. I have no idea yet of my availability.

Just to toss it out there, Puntledge River Festival is this weekend in Courtney, BC on Vancouver Island if anyone is interested...about 3-4 hours drive plus ferry from Seattle I believe?
Upper Puntledge is an amazing IV-V creek run with 300 foot slides and waterfalls, the lower is a great class III play run with 4-5 great surfing features rivaling Wenatchee's playrun. In the immediate area is also Lower, Upper and Alpine Browns, class III-V creeking w/waterfalls as well as a plethora other island classics of every class which should be running over the weekend.
Puntledge flows are guaranteed dam release 85 cms Saturday and 85-110 cms Sunday.

Kinda far from the Sky drainage, tho. I am restricted to the HWY 2 corridor. Maybe Wenatchee/Icicle...

Up in Gold Bar. Headin upstream. Gonna boat something.
Could probably double down. Rapid may be on the Low side of good, or lower than that. If its lookin low I'm gonna shift focus to the Foss. Could run the Beckler, too--
Anyway no firm plans. Maybe I'll see PPeeps up there, maybe I'll get some solo boatin in. All the Sky Locals seem to have left the drainage.

At Rapid now and getting ready to put on in a bit. Looks to be in - medium (or low side of medium if you like it juicy).
