There's got to be a Washington equivalent for this: http://www.dailycamera.com/ci_15580752

Maybe run in to Snow Creek wall, climb Outer Space, run the Enchantments loop, run Icicle top to bottom? But that's too easy, with the climbing at only 5.9 and the paddling being easier, too.

I'm sure someone out there can come up with a better one...

Certainly not a match to the intensity of that linked loop or yours, but I have been meaning to get a day with the right conditions and skin up from Alpental and climb the Tooth, ski down, then grab the boat and paddle the SF Snoq from the Alpental parking lot and through FITW (and beyond?)  Lycra one-piece optional

...or the Glacier Peak triple threat.

Even though they had to call an audible, I think running back to the 'lard from Glacier Peak won't be rivaled. All ya need is to throw in a run down Robe or two and it's in the bag.

One time I paddled the yo yo section on the green, then went and fly fished, and then drank a 12 pack before going and jogging my own shuttle... I ended up getting a ride from a stranger so I guess I only, paddled, fished and drank but it was a pretty good trio and I was sleepy at the end.

You ever hear of the movie "the link up" , home boy climbs the nose and paddles the S merced in under 24 hours! No that is some real multisport action. http://amongstit.tv/?p=1104
The line will become apparent

Those triple threats sound super badass. Didn't realize Brock was a baller ultrarunner on top of the paddling and ukulele playing.

Maybe swap the 100 mile run for a lap on the Ohane for us mortals.
