Our period of heaviest rains are usually in late November/early December. I’m planning a trip for that time. No firm destination at this point, but I’m thinking of either Oregon or the Olympic Peninsula. We can make the call once levels come up. I boat in the III+/IV range. Call or email if interested.

I may be up for something then. That's the plan anyway, to catch those rains, as you said. I'm not paddling as much these days, so  III, III+, IV, IV+ all sounds good to me, and Washington is largely new territory for me that I'm gradually getting around to exploring, so I'm not too picky. I'll keep an eye on the trip planner.

Right now I'm looking at just the weekend. I may be able to get a day off for a three day trip, but won't know until later in November.

I'm heading down to Oregon next weekend. The itinerary is the West Fork of Hood River, Quartzville Creek or the Brightenbush depending on water and snow levels. We have a place to stay in Oregon City, so no camping in the rain. We'll leave Friday afternoon and come back on Sunday. Unfortunately I couldn't get the day off. Let me know if you're interested.
