| Gotta stow my throw bag and bottle just in front of my seat. No other way. I don't like any unecessary weight behind me if I can avoid it. With no pillar, there is no "tray" or track like most boats have. So I had to design and construct something that attaches to my seat and will hopefully be thrash proof if I go swimming. Well, I made a cruder version of this same design for my Salto and it survived several class V swims and assorted misadventures in the forest. But this 2.0 version is light years better. The black plastic topsheet from the Sterilite tub adds structure and makes it scuff proof. I spent a couple weeks on this, but everything fits tight and looks sharp. There's a few details I plan to add. |
